Stupid overrated series. Jack ruined it. All his scenes were too predictable, you always knew he would win! He also keeps breaking protocols and gets away with it all the time. He is also the one responsible for gross insubordination at CTU. All these things are not realistic and cannot happen in real life without dire consequences.

The most ridiculous one was when he hijacked the president's helicopter, bullied the president and handcuffed him. Is that how easy it is to get to a president? Or do they think it is kids that are watching the series? Infact he made a mockery of the security details of the United States President.

There was another scene where he was beating the Chief of Army Staff in front of the President in the white house! Honestly the series is a joke. No wonder it doesn't score high in best series rankings.
