It's probably because the school considered those with higher score or maybe he's not in the school's catchment area.


Do you mind sharing his jamb score, course applied and the institution?

How to link email to jamb. I have I tried it with the message method but it's not working

Yes it does not work for many candidates, so the best thing to do is go to any CBT and they will manually connect it for you within just few minutes.

Just go with your jamb slip and an email account you can access to any CBT nearest to you and explaine that you come for jamb lincking and they will do it without waste of time.
