First link - it's hard to believe Russian TVs could be making Ukrainian soldiers look like warriors or some sort of super humans. Even when the newscasters try to downplay recent events, their guests bring them back to reality. Putin won't like these sort of reportings.

I hope Russia wouldn't be tempted to use its nuclear, but if it does that, radioactive particles would also get blown by wind to Russia and not just the rest of Europe.

You are contradicting yourself. He is right and not arguing with emotions like you are. How do you make Ukraine a NATO neutral state if you do not defeat them military?

In war or any military operation (including coup d'etat), the aim of the Invader military is to seize the capital. This will bring a quick end to a war and terms will be on the conditions of the victor. Hitler made for the capital of the countries he invaded, with his Blitzkrieg. He went for Warsaw, Paris, Prague e.t.c. He threatened to bomb the capitals of some countries, and those countries surrendered without a fight.

Their was a reason why Soviet forces and Allied forces were trying hard to reach Berlin (the capital of Germany) during 2nd world war. Same for Biafran war, the Nigeria army made for Enugu to ensure Biafra surrenders. Aslong as Kyiv stays strong, they will keep getting re-inforcement and ensure the war remains very costly for Russia.
I salute

It's very interesting to see how it will develop, since Europe is trying to be less dependant on Russian gas.
