Most cards have $20 monthly limit but low rate
Some banks have rate as low as 496 or 500 per dollar as against black market 700.

Maybe their internal implementation is slow, First Bank implemented this a long time ago while Stanbic did theirs just this August end.......It is a CBN directive and I am sure its and oversight by Sterling Bank which will be swiftly implemented once noticed; better enjoy your access to higher limits for now and stop gloating as it is a matter of time

There is no spending limit online with dollar card.
Every banks issue dollar cards to there customers which can be use to make any fx payments in the world

OK... I checked thier reviews on Playstore for pyypl and the reviews are very poor... Have u tried it personally

If I open a domiciliary account can I find it with naira, or do I need to buy dollar from black market to fund my account.
