Greetings all. I got this letter from a guy my landlord sent to deliver to me. We are having some issues, which I don't really want to go into. Looking at the letter it comes with no signature or address which I feel isn't formal. Come to think of it, I pay yearly and never owed him, isn't it supposed to be 6months as required by law? I don't I want to acknowledge receipt of the letter because it lacks any form of formality. What do you guys think?

Let your lawyer respond to him, mean while start looking for another accommodation. 1 Like |

Go to court and complain they will advise u accordingly. |

That was how I was evicted with a one week notice. |
