However painful as it may seem, recessions are normal. Boom-and-bust is the story of every financial system and economy ever. It only becomes a problem when economies go down and stay down like we see in 3rd world countries.

Air Canada says electric-hybrid planes could take flight as soon as 2028.

The head of Air Canada says the carrier will be well positioned to offer zero-emission electric flights to customers in Canada as soon as 2028.

Air Canada announced Thursday it has ordered 30 electric-hybrid aircraft under development by Sweden's Heart Aerospace, as well as purchased shares in the company. The 30-passenger planes, which generate zero emissions while flying on battery power, are expected to enter service on Air Canada regional and commuter routes in 2028.
