With KDB and Foden pulling the strings, I'm afraid the only thing that would prevent Haaland form attaining 50+ goals this season is long term injury, which unfortunately, he is very prone to.

Just create chance for him which is what Mancity is good at. Watch how Dortmund defender blocked every ball coming Haaland's way. That is the best way to mark him, yet he still score a ridiculous goal. You can't use body on him because he is bigger than you in the first place. So just don't allow crosses comes to him otherwise you are gone.
