Lawyers in the house help please kindly advice I'm staying at independence layout Enugu but sleeping at night is now a problem.An area that is meant to be a residential area is now full of drinking joints with different noise blasting from different joints.Im not after the beer palor biz but my issue is the nuisance from their speakers.
Is a pity we have no government in Enugu State,hence why I'm seeking advice from lawyers on this site.
I want to sue the joints more than 3 of them and get an injunction to stop playing of music till further notice
Infact when no light,u close your whole windows I'm tired and that why I want to use a court and stop it
On that note Lawyers pls advice me or guide me and what kind of court can I get the injunction..

Report the nuisance at Ministry of environment or state environmental protection agency. If they're really working they should give the culprits an abatement of nuisance notice to refrain from causing further nuisance.

Bros I did that they came like they were compromised I need a lawyer and court now ,infact they are building a bigger drinking joint now infact along the street we have three competing with noise.

Yea I did iv to go there by 12.12 am to plead with them ,they reduced bf I reached my house boom again ,need a court injunction please how do I go about it as I'm writing this my windows are closed with noise blasting

Youre condemning the government already when you haven't done anything yet.

Write a petition to the state governor and send by courier to government House. Attach your earlier complaint letters and urge the governor to intervene. If there's no early response, write a reminder and continue writing until something positive is done about it.You may also send complaint to newspapers and hope it is published - sometimes this works as they see it as an embarrassment.

Oh! That is why it is time to pray for this world to end.

The things that ought to be done are not easily doable.

The Courts are no longer the Courts God gave to men but have become places of unpredictable judgements that are mostly unlawful and unjust.
