I got two debit alerts of ten thousand naira (10,000) each that is 20,000 altogether wish I did not initiate.

I contacted my bank but they are saying its from bet9ja platform.

How do I know person's details (user name etc) on the be9ja platform?

I have blocked the card now to prevent further debits.
