190k troops will not be enough. Russian needs minimum of 500k troops to conquer Ukraine. 150k troops should be enough to take the capital. 250k troops to take on Donbas/Kharkiv, mainly because the main bulk of the Ukraine military was stationed in Donbas before the war. These soldiers were trained by the West. The remaining 100k can be deploy to the South to take Kherson, Odessa e.t.c.

In addition, Russia needs minimum of 150k troops in reserve. So in total 700k troops will do.

But the problem even the US will struggle to raise 700k troop with/without its allies. Let alone Russia.

Russia will continue the war as long as the Russian troops are willing to fight. But the moment they get exhausted. Putin will have no choice than to negotiate.
