Atiku Abubakar is also growing rapidly under the radar. I know so many people are focusing on OBI but Notice that ATIKU's support is spreading rapidly too.

I feel for Atiku, if not for the emergence of Peter Obi, we would have been discussing choosing Atiku's cabinet..

Correct but you have to also consider that there will be less decamping from APC to PDP if it was just between tinubu and Atiku. Obi's emergence also benefited Atiku in some ways.

Before obi's emergence, the south south and middlebelt and northwest were potentially tinubu's areas of influence as you can see from the map. But obi's emergence forced the North west, south south and middle belt to question their default support for tinubu. Also buhari made APC difficult to sell after his many failed promises. Finally the muslim-muslim ticket issue didnt favor Tinubu as much as he thought.

That said Atiku is a much safer option for northerners who dont like Obi and don't think tinubu has a good chance of winning broadly.

Finally, things can still change. Tinubu may still have a change since campaign season hasnt started yet.
