Zorn:Well, the dams don't supply most power in Nigeria....86% of our power comes from thermal/gas power.....plus they would work at full capacity so long as the reservoir is filled to the brim. It is when the water level in their reservoir dropped below critical...like after a prolonged drought...which we haven't had in a while...that we would then begin to see power cuts from the dam power supply. (A hypoithetical example would be it does not rain for 9 months from next month....). |

Maxymilliano: proff010: EmiLoKanMyAss:So why didn't we enjoy this kind of relatively steady power supply in previous raining seasons? Racoon:And whose fault is this? EmiLoKanMyAss:That is an absolute lie. The government has improved power supply and not just due to raining season. Admit it, you wont die. I've been having average of 20 hrs for several months now. |

Kasssandra:At the peak of dry season, there's always a drastic drop in the volume of water in the dams in northern Nigeria, that's why there's always a drop in the hrs of power supply per day . But if you feel Buhari has attended some watt to the national grid you can state The particular power plant the boost is coming from . You can aswell compare the hours of power supply per day as to what you will get in dry season if no new power plant is added to improve the the wattage. |

God1000:How many megawatt was add to the grid. I think that's how you measure improvement. I was at Ikeja everybody was using gen when I have light at home. The industries and company that needs it the most so they don't spend on diesel to power their machines are not getting enough power. |

Femi Adesina!!! Fear God!! There is no gas for electricity since Buhari took over . Confirmed. The rains have helped the hydro dams built in the past is what we are enjoying. Buhari has done nothing to improve electricity. To spend money on where they wiĺl gain is where you will see them spend money. Transformers?!! |
