Interested Buyer or company confirm the loaded cargo M/T NEW ARMOR 1,947,840 Barrels Bonny Light Crude oil from BONNY OFFSHORE TERMINAL at Anchorage Yellow Sea Port Dongjiakou -Qingdao China For Orders.

QUANTITY: 1,947,840 Barrels Bonny Light Crude oil.

NOTE the cargo was loaded in the name of Petroleum Products Marketing Company (PPMC) a wholly owned downstream subsidiary Business Unit of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC LTD).

DISCOUNT PRICE: GROSS: USD 11.00 per barrels NET:USD 9.00 per barrel to the buyer while USD2.00 to Buyer & Seller brokers as commission.

Buyer is required to obtain official re-assignment / Transfer of ownership of the cargo M/T NEW ARMOR 1,947,840 Barrels Bonny Light Crude oil in Buyer’s name through the officers in Charge of Marine and Shipping Department of NNPC LTD Bonny Offshore Terminal with Authentication in Buyer's name from The Group General Manager Crude Oil Marketing Division (COMD) -Abuja The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited.

Within 72hours after the re-assignment of the cargo M/T NEW ARMOR 1,947,840 Barrels Bonny Light Crude oil in Buyer's name.
Buyer receives the complete full set of Shipping Documents proof of product (POP) in Buyer's name as the consignee of the cargo M/T NEW ARMOR 1,947,840 Barrels Bonny Light Crude oil.

Captain will be officially instructed to open full communication with the Buyer and reissue Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) with Notice of Readiness (NOR) to Buyer port of discharge.

After which M/T NEW ARMOR 1,947,840 Barrels Bonny Light Crude oil sail to Buyer destination port to discharge the product.

Payment for full Product will be made through Seller's commercial invoice by MT760 Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) or DLC to The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited Bank Account within Five (5) banking days after which M/T NEW ARMOR 1,947,840 Barrels Bonny Light Crude oil discharge the product and Q&Q & CIQ inspection verified by Buyer's inspector's agent at the Buyer discharge port, against presentation of the full set of the original Negotiable copies of the Shipping Documents with the certificate of ownership & warranty of Title to the Buyer.
