The Federal Capital Territory, Abuja was on Saturday held to a standstill by supporters of the presidential candidate of Labour Party Peter Obi, with a one million man march. The rally, which took off from the Unity Fountain, Maitama, Abuja, paralyzed both vehicular and human movements for hours. The demonstrators, who were singing solidarity songs in support of the Labour Party presidential candidate, marched from the Unity Fountain to City Gate opposite the Moshood Abiola National Stadium amid heavy security.
