A business hub will not work without the dredging of the river to the Atlantic ocean , having a naval base doesn't stop a business hub in the nearest future the landmass is large on both sides of the lake , dredging of the river is a federal project and it's good for the state , the place was a former Biafra naval base it was closed after the war ended reopening it and dredging the very is a win win for south east
