All these while, he still didn't shy away from his Defensive work.

You should blame Foden for not stretching that attack and giving his Midfielders options for a pass, something Saka and Mount did when they came on.

If there's no runners or movements upfront, how will you blame the midfield for lack of creativity?

Foden is used to pep style of play, i.e, playing into the midfield instead of stretching the game. Saka deserve to start upfront instead of Foden.
