1.Undiagnosed hypertension can lead to heart attack before 50 self. High cholesterol, high sugar. (Also remember that some of those things can be symptomless. One of my relatives was coolio's age when he first was diagnosed with high cholesterol...and there was no 'warning sign' per se.).

2.Then there is the genetic aspect. (Remember Marc Vivien Foe, Sam Okwaraji who died of heart attacks before they turned 30? Rest in peace Coolio. Love you. Thanks for making my childhood special. Gangster's paradise was one of the first rap tracks I ever heard and I fell in love with immediately. Another dope jam from him was I will see you when you get there. Chai! Memories. Rest on coolio
