Ukrainian troops have likely nearly completed the encirclement of the Russian grouping in Lyman and cut critical ground lines of communication (GLOCS) that support Russian troops (estimated to be around 1000+) in the Drobysheve-Lyman area. Is Putin going to suffer a humiliating defeat or use game changing weapon to overcome his enemy? The Armed Forces of Ukraine have advanced to the west, north, and northeast of Liman and are working to complete the encirclement of Russian troops in the city. Why is it so important? Liman is in the Donbas region. It’s Putin’s newly annexed territories.
