Ayu took that decision.

They sacrificed Ayade for Wike so didn't want to do that for Obaseki. He made it clear that if his delegates list isn't respected, he will leave to LP. Half his people make up LP in Edo State already.

Na you get time to dey answer APC urchins. 2+2=6 in their eyes. Even if they voted, does the judgement say everything they did as party Congress should be nullified? It's just like saying the Imo house if assembly is illegal since the governor that inaugurated them (Ihedioha) was removed by the supreme court. Is a judgement retroactive?

Fear politicians, it's the same Obaseki hobnobbing Peter Obi and LP when the decision of the highCourt in Abuja did not favour him but as soon as the ruiling of high court in Benin was in his favour, he started singing Atiku's praises. With the SP judgement, he would be emboldened to crush Labour party's noise in Edo state.
A typical politician does everything possible to retain power.

with or without obaseki PDP will Edo state for president elections next year...
