The koko is not the regions. The US and UK (with NATO grudgingly following suit) want to destabilize Russia.

An ongoing war in Ukraine is far preferable to a negotiated settlement. Russia is spending far more money now on the military than it did during moments of peace. It had $300b seized. And is looking at a future of sustained loss of revenue as long as the war lasts. Stopping the war ends that.

All the US and co are providing is money and equipment. Ukrainians are the ones dying. But there are about 40m of them. Ukraine is the one losing territory no one in the West needs. EU+UK+US just spent a combined $8+ TRILLION during the pandemic. Created it from thin air. All they've sent to Ukraine is less than $130b combined. They spent $2 Trillion in Afghanistan.

Ukraine seems happy with the trade. Hundreds of thousands of lives lost for endless money and a much stronger military. This is the dream for State department and Pentagon strategists and the MIC. The US and co can comfortably give Ukraine $200b yearly without breaking a sweat to kill Russians and waste Russian resources. They can keep it up for decades.

The Russian leadership is hoping that the coming recession will stop the money flowing. The Americans were in Afghanistan+Iraq throughout the 2008 Great Recession. Currently, things are proceeding perfectly for the US and UK.

Which is why I believe Russia will activate full mobilization, declare war on Ukraine, and send millions of men to Ukraine. This is why countries in the know are asking their citizens to leave Russia immediately.

All Russia wants is respect. Whatever the US can not take, they should not offer Russia. The US will never allow any other super power to interfer in it's fare of influence. So Russia want the same thing. But US is not ready to give Russia such respect.
