Also, Egbeda and some areas in Alimosho are now hotcakes. No thanks to the power situation in these areas. The landlords know this. So their rents is closing up to other premium areas on the mainland.

Let me tell you what I think about you sha, from following and reading your notorious replies.

1)Are you the last born? because you dey do like last born ( always wanting to fight dirty )
2) you sound like a sociable person but I highly doubt this is applicable in real life ( You are a career person, with no or little time from all indications. )
3) From Enugu State.
4) In your late 20s ( 27 to be precise)
5) Short and slim ( no offence intended )
6) Attended a public University
7) you studied either of the following Marketing, Management, Accounting or Economics.
Served or grow up in the Southwest.
9) Few friends, and they are people older than you. ( na them dey teach you shape mouth )

Just last year , my landlord increased our rents from 400k to 500k, and this year again, he has given us another letter of increment, this time from 500K to 800k. it’s a six flats building located in Egbeda. I don’t know what to do, even after making an appeal.

Can we get a lawyer to handle this or should we just take it as fate?
I am afraid if we take this, he will increase again next year.
