abduleez1:bro really thought people would watch a gay rom-com Only girls or gay guys would watch that... And for the second picture...you know my issue with Hollywood? There's nothing wrong about characters being lesbians, but what these directors do is make a big deal out of it and change the preferences of these characters just to tick a box At the end of the day, it feels like these directors are Full-time Activists and part time storytellers...their LGBTQ iish becomes the central narrative rather than the plot of the movie... Then the end result becomes garbage NB: they also destroy already existing characters just to fit their agenda |

SOZINN:That movie they vex me ehn cos it was probably the first movie I've watched and begin to wonder what's the purpose of the story in the first place. It's one clusterfuck you hardly understand shït cos what you thought was the endgame is whole nother shït entirely when you finally reach the ending. |

abduleez1:It's an arthouse project after all. The storytelling is very niche. The ending is essentially a mindfuck or a hot mess depending on who's interpreting it. I could appreciate what they tried to do even while admitting it wasn't for me. 2 Likes |
