The answer is Yes..

Political party members are not there for figure head..they are canvassers and mobilisers...

I can tell you for free today, that there is no state in Nigeria a PDP or APC Presidential candidate will campaign and there will not be crowd of supporters....because they have party members at every ward, LGA in every State.

So they will always pull that crowd.

Are they mobilised...of course...they will be mobilised...they are party members.
