Funny Recruiter and Candidates Conversation. Recruiter: Why do you want to leave your current Organisation? Candidates: I need a new challenge, Recruiter: What is your salary expectation?? Candidates: Money is not the problem as far as the job is challenging and I can add value. Recruiter: Sends Offer Letter. Candidates: Resumes new office and is feeling excited 2 months later: candidates call the Recruiter to say, this is not what I bargained for, the job is too challenging    Recruiters: I thought you said you need a new challenge  Candidates: Yes, I know I said that but I did not mean this kind of challenge.
