About six days ago, I purchased a memory card (64Gig) for #3,500 and an Oraimo 20,000 mah power bank from one seller. Due to the fact I came on a bike, I felt the bike man was getting concerned that I might be taking too much time. So I could only test the power bank and I zoomed off to open our shop. Later, I discovered the memory card was bad, returning, the seller said I would have to take another memory card, not even a recognized brand, but a guy(oga boy),told me it was a good product. That was why I bought it. I tested the second memory card, him no work. Oya, refund my money, let me go and buy else where, alaye said, I would have to take another product that they don't refund. I had to leave cause how do I go about saving up for memory card, and alaye is saying, I go collect earpiece or what do I want to take as replacement that I do not have. Just today, someone wanted to borrow my power bank, I gave it to him and out of the blue, power bank no dey work again. Oraimo power bank for that matter. I'm really confused, what should I do pls |

Someone had a very interesting thread about how someone from a government agency helped him get a refund from a seller. Pity I can't find it now, but when I do I'll post you a link to it. |

Mrklemo:Lol, I just remembered that I have a soldier brother, the last time we say, he said he would be going for his last operations and since then, I haven't even checked on him. But everything in Nigeria now requires some form of vawulence lol I wanted to involve the police, but I'm still calming down |

Emmyreal4:Omo, court and police go use person take chop ni. I really wish I can go to court, but the convince that I would be deprived of is what I don't want to go through. Appearing before court, paying lawyers fee, adjourning of cases etc I don't really know much about this court things, probably that's why I'm scared of approaching a court |

I was refunded for the memory card after they tested about 3 different same product which didn't displaying on the device |

I approached the Oraimo customer care facebook page, explained to them. They directed me to a Global Carlcare website where I searched for the nearest Carlcare agent nearest to me. I spoke to the man in charge, he told me that it is possible the product would be replaced if I can tender a receipt for the product. I feel so relieved now ![]()

I'm beginning to think a "get a refund" company can be set up in Nigeria. We can charge 10% or 1000 Naira, which ever is greater, of any funds refunded. Any takers? |

Finally, I approached the Carl care center this morning and I was given a replacement for my product free of charge, I wasn't charged a dim. The only cost I underwent was the money for photocopying my receipt outside the premises and t fare. Nothing more ![]()
