My advice; if you want your passport fast, go to a small state or less busy state like Yobe, Jigawa, Gombe etc You'll get it in a week or 2 max 1 Like |

Ayokequeen:You are definitely out of your mind to assume someone is out of her mind simply because such individual has a contrary opinion from yours! Aregbesola fixed a couple of roads but failed woefully in terms of workers' socio-economic wellbeing. It was so bad that he was codenamed "Aregbese" in Osun state. He was unfair to retirees and workers and the economy of Osun (which is salary driven) was badly affected. If in your opinion he was the best performing governor, why won't you respectfully say so? The minister isn't seeing the larger point. Lots of individuals don't wants to wait 6 months for a passport. This is a market opportunity for the government to charge expedite fee. People are willing to pay for premium service so simply provide it. Processing times should be much faster than 6 months. Lastly yall should be mailing these documents after payment. Nigeria's system has always been a flop. Imagine waiting to get your passort done for good 6 months when you could easily pay and receive your US passport in your mail box in a month and less. My SS card came after 7 days, States i.d card after one month and green card in less than 2 months all in my mail box. Nigeria with their Analog way of doing things. May God help us o. |

Port Harcourt NIS is the worst in Nigeria. If you don't pay extra 35k as express after initial payment of 45k for the passport, You will get your passport in 7 months. They need to be prosecuted to set example for others. |

The issue is that Nigeria system is so so corrupt. It may be true, it may not be true. But as am talking to you now, today makes it 2months and 3weeks that I applied for passport.... Due to the delay, I hqv3 to sort out for express... Which is x3 of the passport fee. Booklet may not be short, but migration staffs are telling us there's shortage. So something is wrong somewhere. |
