The court of appeal sitting in Abuja has decreed that the federal government of Nigeria acted illegally and in violation of both Nnamdi Kanu's human rights, as well as section 15 of the Nigerian extradition act, when it forcibly brought back Kanu from Kenya to Nigeria with no extradition process

The court also observed that by doing so, the lower courts lacked jurisdiction to try Kanu as government cannot come to court with unclean hands

The implication of this is that the high courts, where criminal matters are traditionally tried, can no longer try Nnamdi Kanu for any crime he is alleged to have commited before he was brought back from Kenya, against the decision of the court of appeal. A lower court cannot overrule a higher court

The only way the federal government can try Kanu is to return him to Kenya and extradite him properly.

This case has proven that Malami is a glorified charge-and-bail lawyer. Even a 400L student lawyer will make a mince-meat of him in court.

Follow due process to extradit him back to Nigeria (Which FG have tried and is impossible).
