We are doing exactly that. We already have 100 percent primary to secondary transition - a dream for the zoo. Now we are moving to TIVET - enrollment has risen from 150k to nearly half a million. And now with Ruto on board we will push total enrolment to 4 million.

No. total enrollments is a bit lower than a million since some folks dont take long courses.Those million plus enrollments will occur when these 62 under construction colleges will be done by the end of this financial year

Togo's GDP per capita is higher than rwanda's and it trounces Rwanda on most developmental indices. I didn't even know Benin is that far ahead of Rwanda GDP wise. And these are countries Nigerians look down on. You see why some of us don't see Kagame as a hero? Anyway if you consider him a hero, it's fine. We all can't face the same direction.
