I have explained myself severally - landlocked, low population, in conflict, no natural resources - Togo Lome is big port - Benin Continou port basically serves Lagos. Botswana has diamond and i bet gold. Name it. The worse countries you can think of Rwanda and Burundi. Middle of nowhere, no minerals, no large population, and with ethnic conflict. Burundi is stuck with 3 billion - Rwanda has climbed to 10B in GDP.
Quit making excuses for a bad leader. If he continues to compare himself to Burundi then Rwanda will take a long time to go beyond that $800 per capita. The kind of international support Rwanda receives can not be found in Togo or Benin. Togo was ostracized for decades by the west through multiple sanctions.

Not to mention the plundering of DRC Rwanda continues to do. grin And stop saying Rwanda has no natural resources. It exports a lot of gold and has one of the world's largest production of tin.

Togo does not have all this. Let Rwanda leverage on its opportunities, like Togo has done. Kagame is a disgrace to Africa, not least for his continuous destabilization of DRC, sit-tight tendency and inability to truly grow his country.

What is total enrollment to vocational colleges in Tanzania. This is critical if you want to industrialize.
295,446 communist folks graduated from Vocational colleges in the year 2020.But since then 25 colleges have been added and another 62 are in construction. So we expect the number to drastically increase after a couple of years
Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by rvp2018: 9:05am On Oct 14, 2022
So total enrollment is a million plus. I find that hard to believe. But you're on the right track if it\s true. You need to push to a million graduands annually; then you can start talking industrialization.

Togo gdp is 7B dollars. Benin 15B. Despite not being landlocked in middle of nowhere like Rwanda. Kagame has done great.

We are doing exactly that. We already have 100 percent primary to secondary transition - a dream for the zoo. Now we are moving to TIVET - enrollment has risen from 150k to nearly half a million. And now with Ruto on board we will push total enrolment to 4 million.

In kenya now TIVET student get higher education loans and grants like university students.

The national government has invested massively in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector escalating students’ enrollment to these institutions by over 600 per cent since 2013.

The shift from university education to vocational training is happening.
https://www.businessdailyafrica.com/bd/economy/public-university-enrolment-dips-for-first-time-in-three-years-3805878
Enrolment at public universities dipped for the first time in three years in a period that saw the intake at technical colleges offering diploma and certificate courses increase 22 percent.

Official data shows that students joining public universities for undergraduate degrees dropped for the first time in three years to 448,482 in the year to June from 452, 089.

Africans don't have leaders, when will they ban this nonsense of going to the middle east to do house keeping job, the same job they won't do here. Since these Arabs re animals wearing white Jalab, they will be claiming Muslim but they re more ruthless and barbaric than the devil.
It seems these animalistic behavior is a cultural hereditary thing, this can't be a coincidence, it is happening too often.
They re still in the old age but always want to show they re a developed people by building shining glass city, little did they know development is a things of the mind you can build the most advanced city in the world but if your mentality is still stuck in the 9th century, the development is just a facade.
Everyone has a blame, from the useless leader to the greedy citizens that won't mind going to a dangerous unknown place because of little pay raise despite seeing some people suffer for the same adventure.
Yes Africa lacks leadership. But the issue of banning won't solve all these problems. I remember in Tz,we once banned these agents who are busy taking people to those shithole Arab nations. But what these agents were doing was to set up their agencies in SA. So the same Tanzanians mostly women were taken first to SA and from there they were sent to midfle east. The ban didn't work well either.

Yes I agree, every one is to blame. The useless leaders and these citizens who choose to go to those shithole cursed lands of Arabs. If we look at the number of these africans who are killed, and abused in Arab world, definitely it is a very stupid move to go over there.
Arabs are very cruel.

No. total enrollments is a bit lower than a million since some folks dont take long courses. Those million plus enrollments will occur when these 62 under construction colleges will be done by the end of this financial year

Togo's GDP per capita is higher than rwanda's and it trounces Rwanda on most developmental indices. I didn't even know Benin is that far ahead of Rwanda GDP wise. And these are countries Nigerians look down on. You see why some of us don't see Kagame as a hero? Anyway if you consider him a hero, it's fine. wink We all can't face the same direction.

We can't be fighting food security with GMO imposition, even with expert involvement. & you can't convince me otherwise; just let it rest. GMO cant be a good thing, and has never been a good thing.

For sakajas case,
Bottom line:
We can do better without Tribal rhetoric.
Fyi, GMO has actually been with us for the longest. Eg Drought resistant Katumani maize was hybridised out of several varieties. The term has been emotionally weaponised however.

Man, I totally agree. GMO is still with us and even in pre-imposition. Also, We should not pick the minority strata while overlooking the big issue: in this case, health implications. We're in the world of MONEY FIRST >>>> HEALTH LATER. No one F*ckin care about your health if not yourself. The link you posted roots from business men who outturn huge benefits from GMO business.

FYI, this is FDA report on GMO. As you can see, cons outweigh the pros.

We should fight climate change with something else.

You can’t compare Windhoek with Kigali, sane way you can’t compare their economies and infrastructure. Stop the lies already.
To put it straight,Rwanda as a whole is shiit to a country like Namibia. Compare Namibia to SA not the that rubbish in the east region.
Comparing Namibia with SA is a joke of century. Compare Namibia with Ghana.

I have been to both. I saw huge slum in Namibia. Like South Africa - you see white and colored people living big - and Africans mostly in Slums. Namibia and South Africa are almost same country.
Sam Nujoma has a lot to answer for. IIRC he actually gave SWAPO fighters names to Boer Intel!?
