Good morning house, as ASUU has suspended the strike, please I'm in URGENT need of a very clean and ensuite room in a flat anywhere not far from Unilag.
Places like akoka, Yaba, oyingbo, bariga, onike, etc are very okay or just anywhere not too far from Unilag.

Budget is 200k. I'll prefer to pay monthly too

Room in a flat for 200k? Ensuite?? You better go to ikorodu.

For your information, a 3 bedroom flat around the areas you mentioned is N1.5M, if someone decides to give you a room out of it, it should be N400k at least.

2 Bedroom flat is around 1M, 1 bedroom apartment is around 700k

A room self con is around 300 to 500k

So tell me how your 200k will work?

I will advise you to start looking for a room mate with such amount.
