Can you tell me why Bush pressure Blair to join the so-called war against terror?

Sources told reporters that half-a-dozen rockets landed inside the area of the oil field, followed by multiple explosions. The strikes were said to have been conducted from a nearby settlement and farm area, with the US scrambling military helicopters to search for the attackers. No group has claimed responsibility.
The Twitter account of Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve – the official name for the US mission overseeing the occupation of Syria, has not commented on the reported attack as of this writing.

Nope!

The US normally impose economic sanctions to cripple the enemy's ability to fund the war. Then impose arm's embargo to stop the enemy from rearming. After the war has been won by sanctions, then they send in their soldiers. They won't even allow any country to arm the enemy before the war.

If Russia has such power. The Ukraine war would have been won without the invasion.
russia and China backed Taiwan btw and other countries also sent weapons

The US set up the ‘Green Village’ military garrison at the al-Omar oil field in 2018. The field had a pre-2011 crisis output of roughly 30,000 barrels of crude per day.

Al-Omar was exploited heavily by Daesh (ISIS)* during its occupation and plunder of the region between 2014 and 2017, and is now used by US forces and their Kurdish ‘Syrian Democratic Forces’ allies to smuggle hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of Syrian crude oil out of the country via Iraq, several dozen tankers at a time.

Saturday’s reported rocket strike is the third such attack targeting US forces in northeastern Syria in a month’s time, with Green Village hit in a separate assault on September 18, and a rocket strike targeting a military airstrip near the Rmelan oil fields in al-Hasakah province struck on October 8.

How can Iran "be" Lybia? Iran "is" not Lybia but just wait and see what the US will do.

The US occupation of northeastern Syria has robbed Damascus of 90 percent of its oil and gas resources, and deprived the nation of funds desperately needed for reconstruction in the wake of a decade-long foreign-backed war.

Do you think it's easy to dump the US dollar? If it was that easy China would have done that a long time ago.

Unlike Donald Trump, who openly admitted that US forces were stationed in Syria to “keep the oil,” and who mulled pulling troops out of the country at the end of his term, the Biden White House maintains that US troops are in Syria only to prevent Daesh’s resurgence.

Of course, the US placed sanctions on both Iraq and Afghanistan. They even seize Afghanistan foreign reserve in the US.

If Russia wins this war, it allies will increase drastically. The likes of Saudi Arabia & other countries in the middle East except Israel will move to it camp immediately. More African & East Asian countries will do the same.

The war is beyond Ukraine. A lots of things are at stake. Russia can not afford to loose. Likewise the US. The Ukrainians will determine the winner. If they get tired, Russia wins. But if Ukraine decides to fight till the last man. It will likely lead to a world war.
Thats why I am supporting Russia to win.

Anything that that will reduce US influence in the world is Ok to me. The world should be multi polar not a unipolar. They should be balance of power.

That why Putin should declare a war not a special military operation. Russia is fighting a survival war against the West and they cannot afford to lose.

"In some cities and regions of Ukraine, power engineers have to limit the supply of electricity in order for the entire system to work in a stable way," Zelensky said in a Sunday night address, broadcast on social media.

He called on Ukrainians to cut power consumption between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.

The war will not lead to a nuclear war. Either of the parties involved will get tired and call for negotiation, provided NATO don't make mistake. Because Russia is fighting Ukraine, and not a NATO member. If they don't overstep their boundaries. Russia will not attack first. It won't lead to a nuclear war.

Russia has not attacked NATO and she is not going to. The idea that Russia wants to recreate Soviet Union is nonsense. NATO military strength is far stronger than Russian. They have more air power, ground troops, naval power e.t.c than Russia. They are even richer. We are talking about more than 20+ countries for God sake. Russia may(50-50) be able to defend itself against NATO but don't have the capacity to go on offensive against them.

NB: This is just my opinion. Anything can happen. War is like football. Small team sometimes beat big team.
for sure i know NATO can defeat Russia, i just hope it wont lead to a nuclear

The Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday that Russian forces targeted Ukrainian energy facilities and military command hubs using high-precision missiles earlier in the day.

Precision strikes against Ukrainian infrastructure have been carried out throughout the week.

To some useful idiots on this forum: you folks claimed Russia was already out of missiles, you said Ukraine received Western air defense systems blah blah blah.
Then how is this possible?

Russian forces have struggled to counter Ukraine's use of US-made HIMARS rockets.

Some Russians have an explanation: HIMARS has a secret feature that makes it harder to target them.

In September, Russian defense blog Avia wrote about why Russian artillery has been not able to knock out Ukraine's M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems, which fire GPS-guided rockets that have savaged vital Russian targets such as ammunition dumps, command posts, and bridges.

In theory, Russia's huge arsenal of howitzers and multiple-launch rocket systems should be able to destroy HIMARS by using counter-battery radar to track the trajectory of the rockets it fires back to their launch point. Ah, but those clever Americans have a trick, according to Avia's unsigned blog post: They designed HIMARS so its rockets would change trajectory and fool counter-battery radars.
