Also, it is very possible that camerounian authorities gave Nigeria a heads up before opening their dam but like always they failed to be proactive.

Oga can you have some sense and keep shut. This flood is not about Eastern leaders it is the failure of the Nigerian state in planning to contain flooding that would arise when the spill way of Lagdo dam in Cameroon is opened. This is the general failure of the Nigerian political elite
