I want to create a mobile internet data resaling website that can enable customers buy data automatically online from my site but I really love to create is website myself from the scratch.hence it is a project for me. Which Language should I learn that would be better for a task like this. I am to programming but have mastered html and a bit of css already. Answers from expert and experienced programmers are recommended. |
