IDF soldiers thwarted a drug smuggling attempt worth 900,000 NIS:

A short while ago, IDF soldiers spotted a suspect attempting to smuggle drugs from Egypt into Israeli territory.

IDF soldiers who were dispatched to the scene thwarted the attempt and confiscated 22kg of drugs, worth approximately 900,000 NIS.

The drugs were transferred to Israel Police for further processing.
