Havertz is too soft and slow for now, his game needs to mature and I don't doubt that as he adds more years. That's why I asked him to be loaned out before the season started. Kovacic, cheek and jorg are guilty of this. Havertz is not the type of player that have to carry the ball from midfield to attack all the time before he can score, which is making him tired and become lackadaisical, he is system player.

Why loan our 70 m player when the system of play is majorly the problem. If we get good midfielders that actually know their primary job Havertz will do well. As a midfielder you are meant to spread play for your attackers to have space and cause problem but ours is opposite.

A CDM like Casemiro or Fabinho is what we need; robust with the ball, can shoot when needed and can open the game for smooth counter attack.
