what do u expect? going to another man country with medical visa, and you hope u can get a job or rent an apartment with such visa. This is the reason most of them sometimes goes into crime, they travel out of the country without any knowledge of the visa type dey owns. Afterwhich dey will start looking for petty crimes to survive with. One thing is sure dey will spend the maximum jail term for such crime in India.
