I don't think you realize the device you're talking about.
Ipad 2021 has the m1 chip which is way more powerful than the snapdragon 8 gen 1 in the galaxy tab s8 not to mention basically future proof for atleast 4 years.

Ipad is also better than the galaxy tab s8 in almost every other metric except display (super amoled on samsung) and also maintains it's price for atleast 2 years (easy to sell)

Do your research

Only reason I'm swapping is because I'm tired of apple eco system.
