Normal Tecno and Infinix problem. Get a good phone from a better brand next time

You ought to be speaking with a Phone engineer who would have physical access to the phone because there could be different causes for what's happening including battery not being original.

I doubt Boosting would help at all. Probably battery mismatch or battery calibration issue or just plain inferior battery.

Could equally be software / Firmware related. Check online if other users complain of similar issue OR just give it to phone repairers who knows what they're doing to take a look.

NB: You didn't tell us if you flashed any custom Rom on it. Anyway I have no personal experience about that phone of yours.
I know any phone could mess up BUT have never used any phone brand outside Sony Ericsson, then Sony Xperia. Even my small phone is a Dual Sim LG. Phones like Samsung, Tecno and it's siblings are things I wouldn't buy no matter how cheap.

omo,I wanted a redmi but you know how it goes , money couldn't stretch that far. thanks for your advice
