Is really unfortunate. A man that is a father Christmas cannot defray the school fees of Rivers indigene. Overseas scholarship he didn't give as was the case with his predecessor. When it comes to human capital development it is zero.

His 7years has been characterised by the weaponization of poverty. Civil servants are even the worst victim of Wike clueless misrule.

I'm tired of lamenting about the man. I have actually started counting down to his exit next year.
