So, we voted Buhari again.

As for the coup, read about Shagari government, it was a mess, check the naira to dollar rates then, corruption was bringing down Nigeria during his administration, there was need for coup, and it was the only coup Nigerians celebrate, search in YouTube.

You are making it sound like Buhari coup was bloody, Shagari is still alive, almost all other coup lead to death of several administrators and head if states, there were even assassination coup, Buhari's was a peaceful coup.

So, plotting a coup doesn't make one back, it's like fighting to take your country from bad leader without hurting anyone.

Apart from the early military coup that lead to the civil war and that of Dimka against Murtala in 1976, no other military coup in Nigeria lead to the death of any head of State.

And the naira was still very much ok and equivalent to a dollar before buhari coup in 1983 and no one celebrated it.
It was in buhari military regime that the dollar start suppressing the naira, and na the same buhari civilian administration the naira done still get to the worse stage ever since naira creation.
