Again, small things like those excite you. Typical of a zoogerian.
obaaderemi:
Big things start from small things. For example, one of those Nigerian boys you mock is the one fucking your president's daughter as we speak. You probably don't know this.

Why would I re-calculate - read the chart. Ghana Total Net reciepts 2.9 Billion dollars. Kenya 4.4B. I know you're looking for moral support from the Baboon from the Big Zoo. I am always ready to have adult sane conservation. Not madness.
Just40:
and when you calculated this, your dumb maths knowledge got you 2.9 billion?

Unless IMF deal comes; the panic and the profiteering will lead to economic collapse. Ghana badly need IMF bailout.
POKUASI2:
I hate to admit this right here but sadly, it's nothing but the truth.
The new trend now is, they're hoarding household essentials so they'll increase the price – late next month or early December.
Ghana internally has collapsed.

Yeah honestly.
I don’t know why you guys are giving audience to argue about certain most espy when it’s factual .
Until I see kenyan banks on this list,I have no business discussing matters of banking abd finance with any Kenya here. It’s a futile endeavor. They should just know their place and stick to it.
You are right. Next time he brings his nonsensical talk about banking, I'll just fling this chart at his ugly pokot face. grin No long talk again.

While you wish for collapse in the Ghanaian market which is more sophisticated than yours....

Your citizens can't even afford basic stuff at this point in Kenya because of the massive price hikes in everything.

Which ever way you look at it, Ghanaians are far better off because of the high standard of living.. an adjustment in cost of living will hit their pockets but they'll be okay.

Small adjustment in Kenya and already 18 million Kenyans are starving.

there's history to this.
Ghanaians are naturally greedy and pray for times like these so they can sell their wares anyway they like.
60 percent of the hyperinflation is economic and 40 percent is greed.
This is basically the reason they wanted Nigerians out of the business space.
We know what the realities are no matter how they try cooking the data.
A loaf of bread is now 18 cedis from from 8 cedis early this year and they say inflation is 37 percent.

early this year, you could buy 2 cedis rice without meat but now, you need 5 cedis yet they claim inflation is 37.
A ball of banku early this year was 0.50 cedis..
Now it's 2 cedis yet inflation is 37 percent.
One egg early this year was 0.50 cedis.. now is 2.50 cedis yet inflation is 37 percent.
How do you lie to your own citizens going through difficult moments.
Their women can't even buy sanitary napkins anymore cos it's 15 cedis now from 6 cedis early this year.

In #Ghana, the official inflation rate has surged to a 21-year high of 37.2%/yr. That's WRONG. Today, I accurately measure inflation in Ghana at 113.56%/yr, a rate more than 3x the phony official rate. To rein in inflation, Ghana must install a currency board, NOW!

You're far better off... If you were in Kenya, you would have been part of the 12 million people who joined the starvation league waiting for Usaid and WFP food packages.

Your don't have to be dramatic kiddo with your price hikes which exist only in your mind.

Your people are dying of hunger.. this is a country where 8 in 10 people you come across have ULCER.
A country where minimum wage is 11.80 cedis a day and you need at least 15 cedis before you could eat.
Businesses are closing up and sending workers early 450 cedis a month home to go die of starvation.
Some of us are the ones sustaining alot of Ghanaians by giving them 20 cedis from time to time to feed.

IMF gives Egypt 3B with tough conditions - float your currency.Egypt's pound down 13% to a record low because of a $3b IMF deal with condition to a 'durably flexible rate regime'

IMF chemo & radiotherapy is still better than dying. Ghana prepare yourselves...3B if it comes....will come with very tough conditions...you might as well give IMF your gok to run. Kenya famously did this in 1990s - we simply let IMF appoint their cabinet smiley and do their politically unpalatable stuff.

IMF promtly appointed a white kenyan as head of civil service and secretary to cabinet - and appointed 10 permanent secretaries - and several head of key parastals. . The new team proceeded to retrench almost half the gov employees - in gut wrenching move.

Moi had given up - or IMF thought. Immediately the dream team was done with IMF chemotherapy - he fired them - and blamed them for firing civil servants smiley.Moi was political genius - who had managed to lie to IMF for 5 times in 10 years.

"Towards the tail end of President Daniel Arap Moi’s rule, the Fimbo wielding ruler was deeply isolated by the West.

Bretton Woods institutions turned off loans and grants taps.Moi panicked.

To hoodwink his tormentors that he was a reformist, Moi sacked Phares Kuindwa and replaced him with Richard Leakey.

Leakey came with his own conditions and baggage. He brought in Martin Oduor Otieno, John Munge, and Titus Naikuni.

Other members of the dream team were PSs Professor Migot Adhola, Wilfred Mwangi and Investment Secretary Mwangazi Mwachofi.

This created excitement and a buzz in the then moribund and dysfunctional civil service.

Leakey gave the civil service a shot in the arm and Moi some breathing space."

Daily Minimum wage in ghana is 11:80ghc..
Now to eat, you need 5 cedis to buy rice, 7 cedis to buy either, fish, meat or chicken..
Plus 0.40 cedis to buy a sachet of pure water.. now that's how much? 12:40ghc for say breakfast. That's entails that you spend more money buying breakfast than your daily Minimum wage.
This basically means if you're gonna eat 3times in a day, you need 37.20ghc.
37.20ghc to eat 3times daily in a country where daily minimum wage is 11:80ghc..
Now times 11.80 by 30.. you get 354 cedis a month. Now convert 354 cedis to US DOLLAR.. that 23.70 dollars. 23.70 dollar is what the average Ghanaian worker is surviving on in a month.

Same thing with economy. Living wage has increased to 150 per day and no business has closed down because they are all making money.

They will rather be in Ghana where they earn between $200 to $400 dollars as peasants and spend less than 10% of it on food than Kenyan peasants who are currently waiting for food aid because of starvation.

earn daily from where?
The average Ghanaian goes home with 24 dollars a month.
I know cos those are what 90 percent of my colleagues take home.
I'm talking what I know and you're talking from your a.ss.
I frequent your industrial enclaves and know people take home 450 a month.
Most of the teachers of privately owned schools are going home with 300 cedis a month.
Worker of latest foam, fan milk ghana etc go home with 450 a month.

if you want to know Ghana living wage, ask for the price of a labourer as determined by the market.
Go to construction sites and ask laboures how much they earn daily, ask cleaners, gardeners and co. The market pays between a 100 cedis 150 cedis daily.

See the English you're even typing... Are you hungry?

There's is kiosk because people want to own their own business and they have to start from somewhere... Most of them make more than that in a day.
