Nigerian judiciary is a toothless appendage of the tyrannical executive, it should be scrapped, so that everyone with a gun can execute justice for themselves and by themselves when they feel cheated or have a grouse.

Lawyers can also stop wasting their time in courts, carrying big files and wearing those funny wigs. They should channel their energy to riding commercial buses and Taxi. That will make more sense.

Flood has finished the country, inflation steady on the increase, businesses are suffocating, countries are evacuating their citizens, kidnappings increasing everyday, terrorism is on full throttle, naira has lost its value, no steady power supply, corruption is number one, youths now going berserk due to uninterrupted inflow of different drugs, laws are being broken by lawmakers and law enforcement officials, clueless cbn president, after printing money for d thieves in govt to siphon, he now thinks that changing the look of the notes will save the naira. With the aforementioned, it's no surprise they disobeyed the court and continued to detain MNK.

Shithole of a country.
truth be told he's actually a security threat,if he's released obi doesn't stand a chance in the election, that's the truth

You will soon see that his victims are not resting too wink Did you see the appeal court arresting its own judgement coming? Just watch how the SC will send him back to face Justice Nyako to face the real issues that predate the rendition.
There are still patriots in this land. Your hero will have his day in court.

The appeal court did not arrest its judgment, it only allowed it to be stayed so the Supreme court can hear governments case

Now your government is going to go to the Supreme court to admit it broke local and international laws to illegally bring back Nnamdi Kanu to stand trial

We shall see if the Supreme court will clap for the Federal government

Same judiciary set him free, so your point? Abi you're thinking FG had no right to appeal? This will go to Supreme Court where the final decision will be made, this is how it works.

You’re yarning utter bunkum! Where does a Igbo-hating impostor get the impression that Ndigbo ‘are tired of this animal’! Dude, don’t confuse your hatred and fear for Mazi Kanu for the sentiments of Ndigbo!

You hold a man illegally, then turn around to tell the whole world his people ‘are tired of him’! I mean….do you bigots even believe the shit you post on here!? It’s incredulous!

What Ndigbo are tired of us sharing the same country with hateful bigots and bloodthirsty murderers, hence the call for a referendum….and hence una fear of same, because you know what the outcome would be!

Bros, the Nigerian judiciary is compromised, cowed and has never been the same ever since the Fulani hegemony plotted to illegally remove Onnoghen from office and install their Sharia Judge kinsfolk! Don’t hold out any hope that justice will be done at the Supreme Court…and even if it is done, you should know by now the kind of rascals we’re dealing with here who hold the rule of law in contempt! Any ruling that doesn’t favour the intentions of the ruling hegemony, as determined by their bigoted kinsman in Aso Rock, will be ignored!

Even his dog, Jack, unfortunately killed during a raid on his house, enjoyed a rare token of pity from him than human lives lost due to his violent rhetorics, incitements and/or those he hates for being Yoruba or Fulani or his fellow Igbo with a different opinion to his own.

That appeal court judgement is utter mockery of justice that can completely demotivate our patriots who sacrificed a lot to ensure that his hate speech and utter recklessness hanging as a sword of Damocles on our national security and democracy was removed.

Just imagine the distraction and national security threat of having him with his microphone and internet ,dishing out hate speeches and deadly incitements during an election period like this? It would have been him telling ipob terrorist group members to go burn down Lagos again or attack a leading non-Igbo politician or outright use of threat and violence to disenfranchise a lot of folks especially from the SE

He should face the justice system unimpeded by any technical jargon and his case accelerated to defend the alleged murder, treason and other crimes against humanity credited to him by FG so that one day another sick person won't wake up and start giving orders to his ill informed followers to go burn down cities, burn police stations, and threaten the national security.

If he is innocent of those crimes then he MUST be set free but walking free without his victims getting justice is a travesty of justice.

Freeing him on technical ground would have been great injustice to his innocent victims and patriots. They do not deserve such kind of hate from anyone let alone someone they once saw as a brother and compatriot.

Ndigbo are not xtian minorities of the NORTH........Benue alone has 2 million diplaced people or refugees, you will not see that outrage to comment on , you bloody black baboon! no Igbo person will be a refugee in his own land! your wish for us is destined to be your own portion! mumu man!

I’ve been telling people that they need Mazi Kanu detained so they can have the freedom to to fulfil their plans for him and IPOB which involves trying to taint them as ‘terrorists’….and also carry out the plan of creating a climate of fear and insecurity in the south-east with an eye on the 2023 presidential elections!

I'm happy that Buhari can see the disrespect and disdain Malami has brought upon his government.

Sometimes in 2017 Osinbajo tried to caution Malami about certain advice he gave Buhari but Buhari believed him so much to the level that whatever he says is final.

He's ridiculing Buhari and Nigeria now in the eyes of everyone and international community.

Malami should obey Court and stop going round to procure stay of execution to save face.

But, assuming the apoeal court had earlier ruled in favour of the FG i strongly belive there would be nothing like stay of execution order, Nigeria is gone
