There's an app causing it. Try factory reset or boot it in safety mode and see what happens

You'll know it's an app, because the phone does not boot up downloaded apps in safety mode. Just system apps only. So if it's a downloaded app, you'll know immediately cos you won't see any ads.

Good morning. Pls I have a note 9 that is mostly on edge especially when I'm within my area, I used to think it was a network issue until a friend mentioned its possible that the Note 9 doesn't MTN 4g band and I may likely get 4g on it when I'm within a high signal coverage. Can this be true?
Pls anyone have a note 9 that works perfectly well with MTN Nigeria 4g SIM. Thanks

If camera and performance is your priority, then s10p, or note 10, If android updates is your priority, then a53 and a73 (a73 has a larger screen.)
