I am working in an organization.. Job1 is where am working now.. I got another offer in another organization Job 2.. I have been thinking of leaving this one Job1 for job 2.

Please am so confused right now .. Because it seems the difference is not much between them. I love both jobs and am good at both.. I am also single..

Job 1
Salary is 120k with little little side runs that can make it get up 2 140 or more and other times less
1 day on 1 day off 24 hours
Mores stress
No insentives
No HMO
No Service charge
Job is close to my house like it's a 10minutes walk to my house

Job 2

Salary 150k
Working on what I study majorly in school.
Less stress
Working 6days in a week but still requesting for 2days off in a week.
8:00am - 6:00pm
HMO Included
Service charge included
Free meal 2times per day
Can sleep over at work.
Transport to and fro is 700 per day..

The ONLY advantage job 1 has over job 2 is the #700 transport... Whereas, there's an alternative to sleep at work, if you don't want to spend the money.
