Fashola has been in charge of Works, Power, Housing.... One man on top of all the most critical and money guzzling departments in Nigeria. Greed.
He failed to deliver on all of them.

His master, Bola Tinubu, through his boy, Fowler, grabbed Internal Revenue Service, the 2nd largest money spinner after Petroleum and gas in Nigeria.
President Buhari took to become Petroleum Minister and president.

Simple English Nigerian youths can't understand. He said the government is committed to the contractors to that amount, that is different from how much the government is owing, that amount become debt on the government only when those contractors have successfully complete their job and the government could not pay for the job done. Even the road they are trying to build they are owing contractors 11 trillions for it, because when they request for funding they get around 100m to 200m for projects amounting to more than $20b... Nigeria is not as rich as y'all assume, especially when you are doing around 800m instead of 2.1b bpd...
You obidunce shouldn't just cry and wail all the time... Sometimes use your brains.

Most of the N11 trillion Fashola mentioned may be stored by APC to buy the next presidential election from INEC and voters. That's what they mean by party structure they boast about.
That could be what gave Tinubu the confidence at the beginning to say that Labourers shall labour in vain.

He said: “Countries that do not prioritise education are always at the mercy of those who place a high premium on education.

“Where in the world have we seen tuition fee of university of N25,000? You cannot find this anywhere. Even the nations that are developed and wealthy do not give education for N25,000.

“LASU started very well and over the years, the population grew and beyond the available facilities and the school began to deteriorate. We are determined to rescue LASU and we will not make it a school for the poor.

“We are unconsciously making Nigeria a society where there will be a school for the rich and one for the poor.
“Several people in this country pay so much for education abroad while the schools here continue to deteriorate. It is only in the university that the children of the rich and children of the poor can sit in the same classroom.”
