Chelsea fans are Boujie. If the new stadium is not in Chelsea or close by, they don't want it. And that's the most expensive and condensed area in UK where there is no land. Chelsea were supposed to bid for 2012 Olympic Stadium that West Ham inhabit, the fans said no. The fans own the land on which the stadium sits, not the club. The club only has a 200 year lease on the land for free (peppercorn rent).
