I think the potter man is trying, many players are playing with lack of confidence. Chelsea couldn't control midfield and no good link up with the attackers. It might be difficult if u can't control the midfield with a team that is good with tiki taka like arsenal and man city. Arsenal tried to dominate LFC, Tottenham and even MUFC. Liverpool can't spend the huge money Chelsea signed average players and still be struggling to play football or control possession. There is room for improvement on the arsenal side too, they also need squad depth especially their midfielders and attackers.
