Unfortunately, no hope for OOS 12. As you can see from the attached screenshot, OnePlus 8 will receive 3 major android updates (up to OOS 13) even though it was released before the Nord N10.

look at the latest Samsung flagships; 4 years guaranteed os updates if you are not into custom ROMs.

It's about 550k upwards on Jumia for the 256gb variant. Except you get someone with cheap dollars cost price for the same specs you'll probably spend about 535-550k depending whether you run it yourself or someone helps you
