I’m considering getting less costly powerbank then I came across itel powerbank which seems to me a good deal. But I’m not so sure of its quality. I need someone who is using or has used it before to review the powerbank to me. Thanks.

Used it, the 20000mah is good. Very strong and ever since I bought it, I have never used all the power. Charge my 4500mah battery at least 4 times

You either misused it or you were unfortunate to buy the one that was not detected of its defect before leaving the factory.
A friend bought a very strong power bank and he was flexing it till an envious person stole it. He got another one from the same store and in less than 2 months it packed up for no explainable reason.
I'm not defending Itel but more people have given positive feedbacks since its launch. #Shrugs
