Though it was reported that he used some of the proceeds of fraud and cybercrime to donate to orphans and widows including mosques where 2 imams paid tributes to him and pleaded for his release because they have been a beneficiary of his philanthropic gestures. The sentencing is just too lenient. It's just a pat on the back.
Just like a human rights lawyer said, "he ought to be sentenced to life imprisonment cause his victims are still feeling the effects of fraud he inflicted on them".
