We are not privy to the details of the plea bargain,so your comments falls within the realm of speculation. He was arrested in Dubai and forfeitures was made there. Several seizures were made as well,he was only tried in America cause he committed financial crimes against individuals and the State.

My stance is not about whether there isn’t corruption, rather about that couldn’t have been his phone in the prison. American prisoners are given limited regulated minutes on prison phone once in a while with their call recorded especially when they’re still on trial. How do you expect them to talk to their lawyer or lawyer to reach them for more information on his case. Watch prison documentaries on Netflix. You will see Americans prisoners allowed to make monitored phone calls
